Conrad Dziobon

Mr. Conrad Dziobon is an energy industry technical, HR and Learning and Development professional with over 30 years' experience. Prior to joining PetroSkills, Mr. Dziobon managed the Certification of Operations and Maintenance staff and assured quality of assessment at Duqm Refinery in Oman. During this time, he implemented and managed a competency-based development model for all positions within the organization. He also adopted a best practice methodology, via various development interventions, facilitating a blended approach to learning, drawing on the benefits from tried and tested systems, as well as modern trends and methodology. Additionally, he worked with subject matter experts and created job skill profiles to meet compliance requirements.

In addition to operations and field positionsover 20 years, Mr. Dziobon held training/assessor positions for a number of organizations, including TQLS Kuwait, Petrofac Azerbaijan, Wintershall Libya, Petrofac Malaysia, and BP Oman.

Mr. Dziobon holds a certificat in Plant Engineering from Grimsby College of Technology and a MSc, Human Resource Management & Development from Salford University.
