Charlie Holt

Mr. Charlie Holt has over 30 years of experience, covering the entire spectrum of wells construction and maintenance.

As a Drilling Engineer, he ran one of the early prototype bent housing mud motors in the early 80s, and has seen rotary steerable mud motors revolutionize our ability to directionally drill wells today. In his early years, he was integral in consurrently drilling and under-reaming, a neccessity today for drilling deep-water wells. He also planned and implemented Amoco’s first international horizontal wells.

Mr. Holt served as leader of Wells Organizations, allowing him to work with some of the best engineers, operations personnel, and leaders in the industry. He also had the opportunity to develop many employees into leaders of the organization today.
