Discipline Manager: Kevin Cuyler
Kevin Cuyler was with Halliburton for 18 years in various roles and multiple Product Service Lines (PSL) including: Baroid Fluid Services as both a Drilling Fluids Engineer and Technical Service Engineer, Training and Development Manager and Curriculum Development Manager for the global HR function, Global Technical Development Manager and Global Human Asset Manager for the Cementing Product Line. Kevin has also been a Curriculum Advisor for the Well Construction Discipline (7 years) and Halliburton Advisory Board Member to PetroSkills (3 years). He is currently the Director, Technical Division Operations at PetroSkills supporting the Technical Discipline Networks, Communities of Practice, Business Development, Technical Staff as well as Membership. Kevin continues to teach several courses at PetroSkills including Drilling Fluids Technology, Well Design Engineering, Drilling Practices and Basic Drilling, Completion and Workover Operation. Kevin is also the Discipline Manager for Petroleum Business, HSE and Multi-Discipline.

Discipline Manager: Andy Harper
Petroleum geologist with 40 years of industry experience, including 21 years in E&P team of ARCO International, with assignments in Chile, Dubai, Norway, the UK and Indonesia, and as ARCO’s Resident Manager in Bogota, Colombia. Also worked as ARCO International Basin Studies Director and as Exploration Manager for Andean Basins.
Worked 2001 - 2017 as Chief Geologist for China-based MIE Holdings Corp (MIEH), which has production in China, Kazakhstan, Canada and the US. Also served as CEO of MIE Jurassic Energy Corp, overseeing the MIEH Group’s operations in the US.
BA in Geology from Williams College and MS in Geology from University of Southern California. Certified as a Professional Geologist by the Texas Board of Professional Geoscientists and AAPG Certified Petroleum Geologist.
Expertise in exploration, economics and risk assessment, clastic reservoirs and development geology.

Registered P.E. with an M.S. and B.S. degree in Chemical Engineering and Petroleum Refining with over 25 years’ experience in the Oil and Gas Industry. She is the course director for G4 and all G4 derivative courses and is responsible for the quality and content of all courses in her discipline. She is an active senior / lead instructor for both Gas Processing, and Operator Training sessions. Prior to joining PetroSkills, she has served as technical lead on several significant projects in gas processing for clients such as BP, ExxonMobil, ConocoPhillips, Occidental, QatarGas, and XTO. Currently she also serves on the Board of Directors for the GPSA Midstream, as well the Editorial Review Board for the GPSA Engineering Data Books, the GPSA Membership Committee, and the GPSA Advocacy Committee. She has published ten technical papers at international conferences and is co-inventor on two technology patents in the gas processing industry.

Discipline Manager: Paul Monaghan
Paul Monaghan is a Technical Consultant and Director of Midstream Business Development at PetroSkills. Paul joined John M. Campbell & Company in 2010 as a Technical Consultant prior to its acquisition by PetroSkills in late 2012. He left in 2015 to be COO of a training and development company, returning to PetroSkills in 2020. Paul is presently responsible for expanding competency development solutions and content for pipeline, terminal, gas processing, LNG, and related Midstream customers. In the past, Paul has worked for information technology and consulting companies that delivered operational excellence, asset reliability, workforce development, and organizational effectiveness solutions in the petroleum, energy, and heavy manufacturing industries. Paul holds a Bachelor of Science in Marine Engineering from the U.S. Naval Academy.
He qualified as Engineer Officer of U.S. nuclear submarines.

Discipline Manager: Bill Finch
With PetroSkills since July, 2018. Bill has 30 years of experience with Shell (and Texaco), starting as a process engineer, but his passion for operations evolved his experience into a full career as an Operations Manager over many upstream and midstream assets that include gas plants, gas pipelines, batch NGL pipelines, underground salt dome storage, onshore production (Permian) and Canadian Oil Sands. Bill also spent time in Shell’s HQ as Deputy Head of Surface Faculty, Learning and Development .

Kevin Cuyler was with Halliburton for 18 years in various roles and multiple Product Service Lines (PSL) including: Baroid Fluid Services as both a Drilling Fluids Engineer and Technical Service Engineer, Training and Development Manager and Curriculum Development Manager for the global HR function, Global Technical Development Manager and Global Human Asset Manager for the Cementing Product Line. Kevin has also been a Curriculum Advisor for the Well Construction Discipline (7 yrs) and Halliburton Advisory Board Member to PetroSkills (3 yrs). He is currently the Director, Technical Division Operations at PetroSkills supporting the Technical Discipline Networks, Communities of Practice, Business Development, Technical Staff as well as Membership.
Kevin continues to teach several courses at PetroSkills including Drilling Fluids Technology, Well Design Engineering, Drilling Practices and Basic Drilling, Completion and Workover Operation. Kevin is also the Discipline Manager for Petroleum Business, HSE and Multi-Discipline.

Discipline Manager: Carlton Jensen
Mr. Carlton Jensen is the Project Management Discipline Manager for PetroSkills. He has extensive experience in project management, project controls, risk management and engineering in both upstream and downstream energy industry. He leverages knowledge gained from working on megaprojects in the United States, Canada, China, Asia-Pacific, North Sea, and Middle East regions. He has worked 40+ years developing business processes and training for Project Management Systems, Project Controls and Value Improving Practices (VIPs). Additionally, he was a Strategic Decision and Risk Analysis (D&RA) consultant certified at Stanford University. He received his B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University, and M.S. in Management from Houston Baptist University.
