In SEMS Standards and Requirements, you will learn about the Bureau of Ocean Energy Management (BOEM) and Bureau of Safety Environmental Enforcement (BSEE) regulations. In addition, the SEMS II rule expands, revises and adds new requirements established in 30 CFR, 250, Subpart S.
