About the eLearning Course

This skill module describes how a scope of work for a shale project is validated and the coordinated plans necessary to complete the execution stage are integrated. Execution plan contents, including the scope of work, are presented. Preparation tips for the execution plan are introduced.

This module counts toward PMI Project Development Units (PDUs) through continuing education. Completion Certificates may be submitted to PMI as required to document third-party training.

Target Audience
