- Describe the safe use of torches.
- Identify the type of eye, face, and breathing protection required during oxygen-fuel work.
- Identify safe startup procedures for oxygen-fuel processes.
- Identify safe shutdown procedures for oxygen-fuel processes.
- Describe basic oxy-fuel cutting procedures.
