This course will teach you about common techniques of diagnosing and troubleshooting machine failures including Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) and Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FEMA), machine performance monitoring, troubleshooting techniques using operation records, vibration analysis, and lubricating oil analysis and the non-destructive testing (NDT) methods of visual inspection, liquid penetrant, magnetic particle, ultrasonic, radiography and eddy current.
