Mike Blincow

With over 40 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, this seasoned professional brings extensive knowledge in reservoir, operations, and facility engineering. Holding a degree in Petroleum Engineering and a Texas Professional Engineer license, Mike has led projects across the U.S., Middle East, Central, and Southeast Asia. His hands-on expertise includes regional experience in Qatar, UAE, Kuwait, Oman, and Kazakhstan, where he managed teams working on CO2 EOR, capture, and transport. Currently based in Central Texas, he focuses on carbon capture and storage (CCS) project development, advancing efforts in storage de-risking and public perception enhancement. He joined PetroSkills as a trainer in 2023.
